The services of our in-house, state-recognized GNW 50 (gas) and WNW 50 (water) testing laboratories round off our profile.
To strengthen our team at the WNW 50 cold water meter testing center, we are looking for a

Measurement engineer as deputy test center manager full-time (m/f/d)

  • Deputy head of the state-approved test center for cold water meters WNW 50 with the perspective of test center management
  • Planning and control of efficient production operations and responsibility for their maintenance and repair
  • Expanding the team’s and the company’s expertise in the field of water measurement technology, for example static meters
  • Compliance with the prescribed legislation for the calibration of cold water meters and production as part of the conformity test
  • Shared responsibility for carrying out spot checks and findings checks in compliance with legal requirements
  • Co-management and motivation of approx. 25 employees in the production area
  • Continuous improvement measures to increase quality, motivation, digitalization and efficiency
  • Degree in engineering or comparable training and further education
  • Ideally, you already have a certificate of competence for managerial staff in state-approved test centers for water or heat at the DAM, alternatively motivation for corresponding further training
  • Experience in employee management is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Good IT skills are required (MS Office, ERP system)
  • Intercultural competence and service-oriented interaction with internal and external contacts
  • High degree of teamwork, entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
